The Logitech BCC950 Conference Cam is a peripheral USB computer device that allows users to participate in online video meetings. This device has an onboard microphone with noise cancelling funcitonality and an adjustable webcam.

Instructions

Digital Web Conferencing Kit: To set up the system start by connecting the webcam to the speaker base by either placing it in the USB slot/holder or using the extention stick to make it taller. Attach the power cable to the back of the speaker base and plug it in, now connect the USB cable to your computer's USB port. Your computer may install software drivers to use this device (should happen automatically), wait for this to finish installing before proceeding. Once the drivers are installed you may open your preffered videoconferencing application and adjust the camera or microhone settings if required.

Logitech Portable Video Conference Kit: To set up the system start by connecting the webcam and the speaker base to the oval hub unit with the cables included (circular ports with pins). Attach the power cable to the back of the hub and plug it in, now connect the USB cable to your computer's USB port. Your computer may install software drivers to use this device (should happen automatically), wait for this to finish installing before proceeding. Once the drivers are installed you may open your preffered videoconferencing application and adjust the camera or microhone settings if required.

Digital Camcorder

Details

Digital camcorder: Comes with its own tripod, carrying case, and your video is recorded onto a 64 gigbyte internal SD card which can be transfered to your laptop using a USB cord (included).

Instructions

The digital camcorder will turn on automatically when the preview screen is opened from the side of the camera. The mode button near the view finder will swap the camera between video and picture mode. To view the content that you have recorded press the small button that looks like a right pointing triangle. There are two different quality settings for recording video including standard and HD. On the top of the camcorder is a zoom switch. To start recording press the button with the red dot, to stop recording hit the same button again. This will cut your total recording into sections which you can transfer, view, and edit as separate files.

Camera tripod

Details

Camera tripod: The tripod can be used with 35mm or digital cameras and small video cameras.

Instructions

To set up the tripod start by pulling the legs outward into the tripod shape. Now use the locking clips on the legs to extend to the desired height and then re-lock them to place. Now release the top plate from the tripod (called the shoe) and attatch it to the bottom of the camera so it feels snug. Then re-attach the camera with the plate back onto the tripod and lock it into place. Now adjust the shooting angles and stiffness of the joints by twisting the adjustment knobs.
