This service is provided free of charge.

How do I access this service?

Your mailbox is automatically created when you start working at UVic. Sign in to outlook.office.com with your NetLinkID@uvic.ca and passphrase to access your email account.

You can also access your @uvic.ca email through an Outlook desktop application or macOS or mobile app.

When is this service available?

This service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, except during scheduled and unscheduled maintenance. You can be informed of service interruptions by subscribing to Informed.
