How do I request or access this service?
Login to uvic.ca/surveys with your UVic NetLink ID.
What is the cost for this service?
This service is free of charge for active students, faculty, staff, and affiliates.
When is this service available?
This service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
How do I get help with this service?
Primary support is provided by SurveyMonkey. You can contact SurveyMonkey's premium support team or access self-service video tutorials and how-to documents on SurveyMonkey's Help Center.
University Systems will provide support for login and access issues with SurveyMonkey. Contact the Computer Help Desk for help assistance:

Survey design is responsibility of the end-users. University Systems will not offer support or help with survey design.
