McPherson Library
The University's McPherson Library has one of the major music collections in Canada with approximately 61,000 volumes of scores, books, and periodicals, and more than 60,000 DVDs, CDs, and LPs, in addition to digital streaming subscriptions for audio and video performances.
The Music and Media Commons lends cameras, camcorders, audio recorders, and Apple laptops on a daily basis.
The library also features a large number of dedicated iMac workstations for multimedia production projects, as well as an editing room with an array of audio-visual editing software—these are in addition to our own Fine Arts SIM Lab computer suites.
