The Farquhar at UVic
The School of Music's large ensembles rehearse and perform in the 1200-seat Farquhar at UVic located in the University Centre.
Acclaimed for its fine acoustics, the unique "surround seating" architectural design is enhanced by the interior's stunning wood-lined stage and creative lighting.
The beautiful Clearihue organ adds majesty to the environment and has become a tourist attraction in its own right. This hall also houses a Steinway grand piano, and features professional-quality recording and streaming facilities.
