Responsibilities

The purpose of the Technology Solutions Centre (TSC) is to provide institutional sales assistance to faculty and staff. Faculty and staff interested in purchasing computers are encouraged to contact the Technology Solutions Centre, where trained staff can assess requirements, recommend solutions, acquire computer equipment, provide demonstrations, and answer questions regarding desktop and laptop computer configurations.

Our staff

The TSC is staffed by Computer Help Desk consultants who can provide demonstrations of available desktop and laptop computers. The TSC is also supported by subject matter experts from University Systems.
