Getting feedback

Feedback from students and colleagues is considered one of the most effective ways to enhance your teaching and students’ learning. We encourage you to consider attaining feedback from students early in the term, mid-term, and of course, students will complete the CES at end-of-term.

Another effective way to improve your teaching is to see yourself in action. Watch a recording of yourself with the sound turned off, listen without watching, and then watch and listen at the same time to get an idea of how your students perceive your teaching.
