Accessibility and accommodations

Students have the right to reasonable expectations regarding accessibility and accommodations. This might mean an extended deadline, more time on an exam, or an alternate assignment, for example. Learn more about the procedures for accommodation.

The Centre for Accessible Learning also provides information for faculty and staff, including information on how to accommodate exam arrangements, how to design an accessible curriculum, and what to write in your syllabus.

The Office of the Ombudsperson also provides information regarding academic accommodation for a disability, illness or personal crisis, and religious or spiritual observance.
