Funding

We hope to offer bursaries based on financial need.

Students must pay for their own airfare, train tickets, meals, insurance, and tuition, and will have to budget for the following: 

  • Accommodation
  • Local transport (e.g., coach)
  • Tour guides and entrance fees

Possible sources of financial assistance for students registered at UVic:

  • Humanities Undergraduate Research Travel Award
  • Elias Mandel Award for Study Abroad in the Humanities
  • One World International Scholarship
  • Student International Activities Fund
  • Field-Based Learning Grants
