Admission checklist

Checklist for both Master and Doctoral applications:

□  Transcripts

□  CV

□  Personal Statement

□  Minimum of 2 Assessment Reports

□  Language Proficiency (IELTS, TOEFL or MELAB)

□  Proof of Degree

□  Any other documents you think will support your application. i.e. GRE scores, Certificates, Papers written etc.

□  Ensure you indicate which Discipline you are interested in: APPLIED, PURE, DISCRETE or STATISTICS.

Note: You do not need to find your own supervisor for your application, but we recommend that you identify a faculty member whose research interests fit with yours (see http://www.uvic.ca/science/math-statistics/research/index.php ), and contact them with a short note introducing yourself and describing your research interests/goals.
