Copier details and specs
Starting in 2024 all-new copier requests will be subject to the Ricoh relocation strategy. This means rather than ordering new, Ricoh will find a similar underutilized copier on campus to fulfill your request. There will be a 1 time move/installation cost for this service.
Please note that each copier has an average monthly volume (amount of copies per month). When considering which copier to choose please make sure your average monthly volume is in line with what each device can handle.
The University of Victoria is trying to reduce the amount of printers and copiers on campus. Please consider the necessity of your request. If you can share a copier or printer then we encourage this practice.
