In conjunction with the Australian Consortium for ‘In-Country’ Indonesian Studies (ACICIS - pronounced Ah-chee-chis, as an Indonesian would say it), students in the Department of Pacific and Asian Studies have an opportunity to study Indonesian language and culture in Yogyakarta, Indonesia’s capital of arts, culture, and history. We strongly recommend students submit a Letter of Permission through Advising before embarking on this program.

If you are interested in participating in the program, please contact Dr. Thiti Jamkajornkeiat at tjamkajornkeiat@uvic.ca  in the Department of Pacific and Asian Studies.

For more information on studying in Indonesia, please see the Australian Consortium for 'In-Country' Indonesian Studies (ACICIS) Website.
