UVic mark

We use the UVic mark to build name recognition for our informal name and establish a casual and informal tone. It's not another logo and doesn’t replace the university logo. It carries the dynamic edge element within the "V" to show its connection the Edge.

Quick UVic mark tips

• Make sure it's bigger than the university logo when used together, especially for external audiences
• Use it for audiences who are already familiar with us (those considered part of our "family"), or we want to get to know the more casual side of us
• So that it's not confused as a logo, keep it away from things like program and unit names
