DubBot
For websites using Template 4, we will also set you up with access to DubBot, a quality assurance tool that scans your website and flags any issues with user experience, accessibility and readability.
As part of preparing to launch your new site, we will schedule a walkthrough of DubBot and how to use it.
DubBot access
Depending on the number of people with access to your website, you may choose to set up DubBot accounts for all website editors.
There are two different roles in DubBot:
- Viewer: can view all issue reports, action tasks assigned to them and export any data to CSV files.
- Manager: all Viewer abilities, plus can assign tasks and add words to the site dictionary.
We recommend having one manager role per site, who is responsible for ensuring issues are resolved and following up on outstanding tasks.
