Boundaries should be celebrated! They help establish strong, healthy, relationships. They help make us feel safe, supported, and respected.

By having boundaries, you are not pushing people out of your life. You are establishing guidelines for an emotionally, mentally, spiritually, physically and sexually healthy relationship.

As you find yourself having new experiences you may notice your boundaries shift and change. We learn more about ourselves over time and sometimes a boundary may become more or less flexible. As we grow over time, we can re-evaluate our boundaries and decide if we still need the boundary or not. It’s your choice.
