UVRA aims to stimulate, entertain, and involve its membership through educational and social events offered from September through June to members and their guests. In the month of April, UVRA welcomes the public to the Masterminds series, which features UVic retirees as speakers.

Members receive announcements of social and educational events via emails and the quarterly UVRA newsletter.
