Scholarships marked with an asterisk (*) are funded by the University of Victoria Foundation.
Applications from students are not required for scholarships listed in this section.
Unless otherwise indicated in the Terms of Reference, recipients are approved by the Senate Committee on Awards upon the recommendations of the Department of Medieval Studies.
These scholarships are governed by the general regulations for scholarships, medals, and prizes.

One scholarship of at least $1,000 is to be awarded to an undergraduate student entering second or third year with an outstanding or excellent grade in at least one Medieval Studies course. One or more scholarships of at least $1,000 are to be awarded to academically outstanding undergraduate students entering third or fourth year in the Medieval Studies Program. Students registered in at least 4.5 academic units are eligible for this scholarship.
Approval of the recipient will be made by the Senate Committee on Awards upon the recommendation of the Director of Medieval Studies.

One or more scholarships are awarded to outstanding students entering Year 4 in the Medieval Studies program. Preference will be given to a student majoring in Medieval Studies. Part-time students are eligible for this scholarship.
