File your flight plan first

Drones on campus require UVic flight approval prior to taking to the skies. This applies to all drone activity, regardless of operator, size or type. If you would like to request to fly a drone on campus, contact outdoorbookings@uvic.ca to secure permissions.

Prior approval is required to ensure the safety and privacy of our campus community, especially our athletic fields and construction sites. Both areas have recently experienced an increase of unapproved drone activity.
