Expert on BC's liquor policy recommendations

The following University of Victoria faculty member is available to discuss Parliamentary Secretary for Liquor Policy Reform John Yap’s announcement today highlighting key recommendations related to improving consumer convenience from his completed report:

Dr. Tim Stockwell (CARBC/Dept. of Psychology) is director of UVic’s Centre for Addictions Research and a researcher in alcohol policy. His submission to BC’s Liquor Policy Review on behalf of CARBC included a number of specific recommendations for provincial policies to better consider the health and social impacts of alcohol.
