CAL/LAP Learning Strategist Program

Fostering strategies for student success and engagement, the Learning Strategist Program provides individualized support based on your unique learning needs and situation. By suggesting research-based learning strategies, we can help you set and achieve your academic goals.

Our Learning Strategists will help build personalized strategies you can apply across your courses, including strategies for time management, reading, writing, test preparation, and notetaking.

For more information, check out the CAL/LAP Learning Strategist Program.

Students can book appointments by emailing learning@uvic.ca or calling 250-721-8743.

Learning Strategies is operated by the UVic Learning Assistance Program (LAP). The LAP is part of the Centre for Accessible Learning located in the Campus Services Building.
