Undergraduate research award

Jamie Cassels Undergraduate Research Award (JCURA)

This award was established in 2009-10 as the Undergraduate Research Scholarship program by then Vice-President Academic and Provost, Dr. Jamie Cassels. It provides financial support to 3rd or 4th year students to undertake a research investigation under the mentorship of a faculty supervisor. Recipients will be nominated by the reasearch project supervisor and the Chair/Director of the Department.

The Learning and Teaching Centre (LTC) administers the award nomination process on behalf of the Provost’s Office.
