Annual Applied Linguistics Fair

The 2020 Applied Linguistics Fair is postponed and will be rescheduled to a later date.

This free event sponsored by the Department of Linguistics is held annually each spring to celebrate language learning and teaching.  It features information tables from various language schools around Victoria, University of Victoria language departments, non-profit organizations, teaching resource publishers, and recruiters.  Highlights include interactive displays and presentations by Applied Linguistics graduate students.

Come to learn about language programs, check out the various resources, and discover networking opportunities. The Applied Linguistics Fair attracts current and prospective language teachers, language learners, university community and Greater Victoria.

There will be some exciting door prizes thanks to the generosity of local businesses.
