- Take part in the ESA (English Students' Association) The ESA is UVic’s English course union. They foster community through fun events and provide editing experience and publication opportunities through their undergraduate journal, The Albatross.
- Join the Albatross! Funded by the ESA and run entirely by students, The Albatross publishes literary criticism by UVic undergraduates. Have a great essay? Want to get it published? Follow us on Instagram @uvicesa
