MSW Advanced program

Our students bring a strong commitment to socially just social work practice in their course work, field placements and research endeavours. Students engage in a curriculum that is under continual redevelopment as we strive together to meet the challenges set by the School’s Mission Statement and the Program Objectives.

MSWA students are challenged to further their existing knowledge and skills within the context of social justice as a core element of practice. Significant related social work experiences provide a rich learning environment for all students. Students are encouraged to incorporate their particular interests in course assignments and in practicum or thesis work.
