The language of the conference is English.

Please wear your name badge at all times to ensure admittance to the Opening Reception, conference sessions, and the Gala dinner.

Registration desk staff will be available to assist you with information and to sell West Coast Gala Dinner tickets. They can also answer your questions about Victoria. The Registration Desk will be open throughout the conference.

The Ocean Pointe Resort and Spa is 100% non-smoking. The Capital Regional District Clean Air Bylaw No. 3962 states that in order to smoke, individuals need to ensure they are seven metres away from doors, windows and air intakes of a building or structure. In addition, smoking is prohibited in all parks, playgrounds, playing fields, public squares and bus stops.
