How to submit a professional poster

The Information Technology and Communications in Health (ITCH) conference will include a professional (non-student) poster session again this year. Authors will be expected to construct posters for presentation during the ITCH conference and be available to address inquiries related to content. A 30" x 40" backing board will be provided for displays.

To submit a poster entry for the professional poster session:

1. Read the call for professional posters.
2. Prepare your abstract (maximum 500 words).
3. Email your abstract (MS Word format) to itch@uvic.ca.
