This workshop will help you develop these 4 competencies and learn how to effectively manage interest holders.
An interest holder is an individual, group or organization that is impacted by the outcome of a business venture or project. An interest holder has an interest in the success of a project and can be internal or external to the organization.
Interest holder management is a project management process. It involves understanding what the interest holder wants and needs, managing their expectations as well as your relationships with them.
In this workshop, you'll learn how to improve your interest holder management skills by analyzing relevant cases, theories and real life examples. This workshop is interactive and practically-oriented, while also focusing on developing a theoretical/conceptual understanding of the topics, including:

Cancellations
Full refunds are provided for written cancellations received a minimum of 21 days before the program start date. Cancellations received with less than 21 days notice will be refunded less a $200 administration fee.
