Looking for our Masters of Fine Arts degree program?

Applying for our undergraduate visual arts programs (Visual Arts or Visual Arts and Computer Science) involves two steps: a UVic application, and separately, a portfolio/questionnaire submission. An application is not required for the Minor in Visual Arts. See below for application instructions and links.

Apply to transfer from another faculty or program through My UVic application by signing in with your NetLink ID and passphrase.

Portfolio submissions

Use this online form for portfolio submissions to the Department of Visual Arts. As part of the application process, you are required to upload ten digital images or five images and a video link. It is strongly suggested that you have those materials ready prior to filling out this form.
