Access & review your CAPP Report
Your CAPP report is a degree evaluation that shows the university, faculty, and program requirements for your degree. It shows which requirements you have completed or in progress, and which requirements you still need to complete. The CAPP report is a helpful tool for degree planning that should be used once you have declared your program, and is used to determine your eligibility to graduate.
Change your program
You may want to change specific components of your program, such as:
- Declare an Honours program you have been admitted to,
- Add or remove a minor, option, or concentration,
- Add or remove a diploma or certificate,
- Add or remove a major or honours program,
To change a component of your program within the Faculties of Humanities, Science and Social Sciences, submit a request to change your program through DeclareMe.
To change your program to one outside of the Faculties of Humanities, Science and Social Sciences, please read these instructions on program changes.
You can change your program up to once per term.
Graduation
Review your CAPP report thoroughly as you near the end of your degree to make sure you are meeting degree program requirements.
If you have any questions about what you are seeing on your CAPP report, make an appointment with an Academic Adviser to review it together.
When all of your requirements are complete or in progress, you can apply to graduate.
