Quality of life in mid-to-late-life Canadians

Canadians are living longer and older people are making up a larger share of the population than ever before.

Our researchers are playing a central role in the collection of psychological information as part of a large, national, longitudinal study of the quality of life and health of Canadians in mid-to-late-life. Over time this information will be used to gain a better understanding of the changing psychological, biological, medical, social and lifestyle aspects of aging and how they interact to affect health and well-being.
