Binyan Xu (she/her) received a Bachelor of Engineering in automation engineering and a Master of Science degree in control theory and control engineering from the Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics, Nanjing, China, in 2016 and 2019. She is working toward her Ph.D. degree in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Victoria. Her current research interests include advanced control theory and its applications.
