Cinthia completed her BEng. degree in Chemical Engineering at the University of Nuevo Leon in Mexico in 2019, and worked as a process engineer at KBR Inc. and TencoHargrove Co. Currently, she is an MEng student in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Victoria, under the supervision of Dr. Andrew Rowe.
Her experience as a process engineer includes pump and line sizing, pressure drop calculations, PRD sizing, heat exchanger sizing, P&ID, and PFD development, among other process activities. Cinthia seeks to venture into the development and design of new technologies for the energy sector while improving her process design skills.
