Pronob Das was born in Chandpur, Bangladesh. He has received his B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering (ME) from Rajshahi University of Engineering & Technology (RUET), Bangladesh. He has received "Student of the Award" from the Department of Mechanical Engineering, RUET in 2016 for his outstanding academic performance. He is an assistant professor in the Dept. of ME, RUET since 27th July 2022. He has some remarkable publications on his research areas.
Currently, Pronob is a MASc student in the Department of Mechanical Engineering of the University of Victoria. His research area includes modeling of gas network, hybrid energy modeling and energy analysis, optimization techniques and gas storage.
