CFGS Workstudy Student
Claire Wood is joining the CFGS team as our Communications & Events Assistant for the 2019/2020 academic year. She is in the fifth year of her political science degree with a focus on American politics and federalism. During her degree, Claire volunteered as a Policy Researcher at the BC Legislature and she participated in a four month exchange in Madrid, Spain. After graduation she plans to apply to law school.
When she isn't at school Claire likes to be outside. She is an avid golf enthusiast and spent much of her time here at UVic volunteering as a rowing coach.
She will be here at the centre about 10 hours each week working on On-Tap, social media, and other communications and event related projects!
