Elena Lopez is currently working towards her BA in Political Science with a minor in Applied Ethics at the University of Victoria. She has a deeply rooted interest in migration, which has spurred her to write her Honours thesis on the experiences of Filipina migrant workers. She is looking forward to the opportunity to work with the Centre for Migrant Advocacy (CMA) in Quezon City, Philippines, as a Program Assistant.
