Elsie is currently in her 4^th year at the University of Victoria, completing a double major with honours in history and political science. She has a strong interest in issues of social justice and human rights, and is passionate about working towards grassroots change. Elsie will be working as a Program Assistant with Migrant Forum Asia in Quezon City, Philippines.
