Sara is a master’s candidate in dispute resolution under the School of Public Administration and a fellow of the Borders in Globalization Program headed by the Centre for Global Studies at the University of Victoria. Having lived in various countries such as Sweden and Botswana, Sara has developed an interest in international politics, borders and the dynamics of identity within these topics. Sara’s research focuses on research networks and communication in northern Botswana in affiliation with the Okavango Research Institute. She is currently planning a career in conflict management and collaborative decision-making as well as community stakeholder engagement.
