Flag lowered in honour of Lee Weber

The university flag will be lowered on Sept. 2 in honour of Lee Weber.

Weber joined the Bamfield Marine Sciences Centre in 2008, serving as the controller, business manager and then managing director. She cared deeply about the station and was instrumental in daily operations and leading improvements for visiting researchers and students.

A celebration of life will be held for Lee at the BMSC in the Rix Centre for Ocean Discoveries on Sept. 2. Read the full announcement
