Living and learning with climate change

Join us for a student-led learning series about local climate change action, featuring artworks by students and local artists on the main floor of the library from February 26–March 17.

Living and learning with climate change

As part of the Living and Learning with Climate Change project, UVic students have submitted artwork around a theme of water and community. Transformation: Rebuilding Relationships, Creating Resilient, Watery Communities is an exhibit that examines the impact of climate change on fresh and saltwater ecosystems.

Also featured is artwork from the initiative Engage with Nature-Based Solutions that addresses larger concepts of stormwater management through digital visualization, poetry, drawings, and photographs by exploring Bowker creek which begins its journey in wetlands at the University of Victoria’s west side of campus.
