Save the date for Provost's Diversity Research Forum

The 2014 Provost's Diversity Research Forum, Critical Conversations: Arts, Allies and Activism will take place on Jan. 29-30, 2014. Featured keynote speakers are authors Denise Chong (The Concubine's Children) and Yvonne Brown (Dead Woman Pickney: A Memoir of Childhood in Jamaica).

The opening reception on the evening of Jan. 29 will include presentations to the winners of the Diversity Writing Contest and Provost's Advocacy & Activism Awards. Look for program details later in November on the website of the Adviser to the Provost on Equity and Diversity. The forum is free and open to students, faculty, staff and community members.
