Marketing Expert: Black Friday creeps north

The following University of Victoria expert is available to discuss the marketing and retail aspects of Black Friday, the pre-Christmas sales frenzy that originated in the United States and has taken hold in Canada.

Stephen Tax (Gustavson School of Business) is a professor who teaches marketing management, services management and international marketing to undergraduate, graduate and executive students. His research interests focus on interdisciplinary issues in services management, notably service recovery, service design, customer performance and service networks.
