Ring Road closure July 20

A portion of Ring Road will close during the day on July 20, 2024 to support the Engineering Expansion Project.

Both lanes of Ring Road will close in front of UVic’s Engineering Buildings 7 a.m. – 5 p.m. to enable the construction of a site tower crane. Access to campus will be closed via University Drive, but all other entrances are open. Traffic will be diverted and bus routes will be impacted for the day.

If you’re travelling to or from campus on Saturday, please give yourself lots of time. There will be signage and traffic personnel on site to help you get to your destination.
