    • Focus on cognitive and biological psychology.
    • Exchange students will be able to take part in almost all courses from the 2nd and 3rd year of the Bachelor in Psychology (English language).

    • The Guesthouse UM is the main source of housing for international students and offers several locations within the vicinity of the faculties of the University of Maastricht.

Health Insurance, Immigration & Arrival

  • Visa: Required
    • Student visa and residence permit is required to study at Maastricht.
    • Applying for a visa/residence permit must be completed via the Maastricht University Visa Office, who will reach out to accepted students with instructions several months before their arrival.
  • Orientation program: Mandatory
    • Introduction Week is mandatory for all exchange students, where they will learn more about studying at the Faculty of Psychology.
