Chekwube Anyaegbunam is a PhD student of English (with a concentration in Cultural, Social and Political Thought) at the University of Victoria, BC, Canada. Her research straddles the fields of memory, trauma, and identity studies, especially through a postcolonial lens. When she is not investigating the mnemonic complexities in traumatic and/or politicised narratives, she seeks out the overlapping connections between literature, culture, politics, and digital technologies. Chekwube is also a writer.
