Greetings, my name is Patric Lougheed and I am a Distance Education Program assistant. I primarily support instructors in the setup and delivery of their online courses in Brightspace. This includes the creation of quizzes, audio/video resources and learning activities. I can also offer advice on the adoption and use of third party online services like YouTube and Prezi.
I do not assist students as the UVic Helpdesk is better equipped for remote troubleshooting.
