Paul Payne

Paul Payne, Health Information Science alum is currently leading the development of the digital health strategy for Yukon’s health and social services sector.  The strategy will set a 10-year roadmap for digital transformation of service delivery, with a focus on supporting better outcomes and better experiences for patients and providers. Paul is also leading several other initiatives such as the implementation of an integrated electronic health record for the territory. He is also ensuring the privacy and security of personal health information through development of new privacy and security programs for health and social services.
