Management (MM)
The Master in Management program (MM) helps you build both technical and human skills – setting you up to manage teams and projects in a variety of industries.
Designed for recent grads, this 12-month program will give you fundamental business knowledge and leadership skills through a set of core management courses; and hone your technical skills through 1 of 4 concentrations.
These concentration options are:
- Business Analytics (delivered in partnership with Engineering & Computer Science)
- Software Projects (delivered in partnership with Engineering & Computer Science)
- Sustainable Finance
- General Business

Outcomes

Program-specific requirements
The MM is open to all students with an undergraduate degree. Certain MM concentrations have additional requirements:
- Business Analytics and Software Projects concentrations: you must have an undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Software Engineering to apply
- Sustainable Finance concentration: you must have completed COM 240 (Management Finance) or the equivalent before the program starts
Once admitted you'll be required to complete non-credit prep courses in accounting before starting the program, if you have not already met this requirement through previous coursework.

- two assessment reports
