Bernadette McKelvey

Bernadette holds a BFA from the University of Victoria and a Performing Arts Management Certificate from Capilano University. She has extensive experience in the arts, including work as Special Events Manager for Alberta Theatre Projects in Calgary and Group & Corporate Sales Manager for the Arts Club Theatre Company in Vancouver.

During her 17-year tenure at Capilano University, Bernadette held various roles including Theatre General Manager and Box Office Manager. For seven years she was also faculty in CapU's Arts & Entertainment Management program. With her diverse background in the arts and post-secondary education, she now brings invaluable insights to her role as Marketing & Communications Manager for the UVic Theatre department.
