BFA, M.Ed & Ph.D from the University of Victoria

Trudy is an Assistant Adjunct Professor in Applied Theatre and sessional instructor for Theatre 150. Her Interdisciplinary doctoral research integrated intergenerational applied theatre, narrative gerontology and social dimensions of health. She is the founder of Intergenerational Applied Theatre Arts consultancy wherein she developed and implemented a variety of theatre arts initiatives in partnership with several community organizations, across diverse contexts and populations. She currently is an Affiliate with the European Reminiscence Network. Trudy has presented on her work at over twenty national and international conferences. She is a recipient of the Blair Sadler International Healing Arts Award.
