Colin Plant

After graduating from UVic’s theatre department in 1996 with a specialization in directing, Colin Plant became a drama teacher in Victoria and also worked as a professional theatre director. He has gone on to chair and direct multiple committees – including the Capital Regional District’s Arts Committee, Governance Committee, and Integrated Resource Committee – and has served as the director of multiple boards and corporations. He also produces the RON Talks speaker series.

Colin is currently both President of the BC Drama Educators and a local Saanich Councilor/Capital Regional District Director who chairs the Capital Regional District Arts Committee.
